We understand that when you unexpectedly fall sick or injured, you want to get better quickly. For this reason, we do accept walk-in appointments.

We want the check-in process to be quick and easy for you. To each appointment, we ask that you bring

• A picture ID
• Your Insurance Cards
• A list of your current prescriptions and frequency of which you take them
• Your medical and surgical history information (including x-rays, MRI and CAT scans, etc.)

To save time, we encourage you to fill out your new patient forms before coming into the office. 

We accept all major insurance plans including Medicare. For patients without health insurance we also offer affordable cash pay prices. If you have any specific questions, give us a call at 972-645-9400.

Yes! We encourage new parents to schedule a prenatal visit with our board-certified doctors at QuickMD Pediatric Care.
